After a full year of renovating the historic Barden’s building, Upper East is officially open!! Our first wedding was August 22nd, and the testimonial above came from our very first bride, Erica. She was a trooper! Booking the space well before it was finished, and putting her trust in us completely that it would be beautiful and finished on time. It was, and it was a beautiful day! Since then, we’ve been able to host several other weddings, even with all the messiness of COVID.
The thing is, aside from this gorgeous venue, the location is amazing! Upper East is located above Public Craft Brewing Co, The Stella hotel is one block away, you can see Lake Michigan if you look out the front door, and the painted murals around downtown provide for tons of amazing photo opportunities!
Three weddings down and a lifetime to go! SO happy to see this space brought back to life!!
